- Go to cloud.google.com
- Go to my Console
- Choose you Project.
- Choose “Compute Engine”
- Choose “Networks”
- Choose the interface for you Instances.
- In firewalls section, Go to Create New.
- Create your rule, in this case “Protocols & Ports” would be “tcp:9090” i guess.
- Save.
